I can honestly say working with Kirsty has changed my professional life, I have made great strides forward for my business. She is the Marie Kondo for my brain!

This has also had a positive impact on my home life and has helped me with my work-life balance which is one of the issues I brought to the sessions.

Before being coached by Kirsty, I was always busy and put 90% of my energy into the projects I work on. Now I recognise that I have to place energy within my own company to help this grow from a start-up business to an established one.
