If you get the chance to work with Kirsty, grab it with both hands. I joined Kirsty's inaugural Aligned for Success cohort and it's transformed my business.

The way I perceive myself, my strategy for marketing, funding, processes, my vision, customer journey, you name it really, every single thing has shifted either slightly or in such a huge way that I don't recognise my earlier self. I entered the programme feeling a bit lost, slightly indifferent to the rate my business grew (or didn't), and have left it feeling driven, calm and focussed, and with a to-do list as long as my arm, but for once, with the time, energy and enthusiasm to do it.

Kirsty often talks about intentional action. If you care about your business and you think you can get the money together, take action and employ her as soon as you can - it's the best money you'll ever spend.
