Hi! I’m Kirsty I am a Business Coach for ambitious service-based business owners and freelancers and also the founder of The Ethical Coaching Company.

I am dedicated to helping overwhelmed business owners create alignment, fulfilment, profit and freedom in their business.

I take you from being the messy start-up to the established business owner.

I will help you get clarity on your goals and take decisive action to move your business forward.

I was brought up in a family business, so understanding how businesses work is in my DNA. I spent almost two decades working in corporate environments, running global teams and getting to know what makes people tick!

I show you, yes you; the heart-led, passionate business owner, how to create a business that is not only profitable but aligned to your authentic values and purpose. I walk alongside you every step of the way.

Everyone has their ‘zone of genius’ and I LOVE to empower people to thrive so they can function from their zones of genius! I get a real kick out of seeing the amazing clients I work with make significant, lasting changes which ultimately helps them to achieve wealth and freedom and create a life they truly desire.

I have an abundance of energy and passion for supporting small businesses which is contagious, I am a true cheerleader for all of my clients.
